CBRE Investment Management has agreed the letting of Unit 7; a prime, Grade A warehouse facility at 62 Leeds to the UK’s largest automotive styling distributor Maxton Design. 62 Leeds is now fully let following this latest deal.

Acting on behalf of CBRE Investment Management, CBRE and Carter Towler agreed the deal on the 20,317 sq ft detached warehouse to drive the distributor’s expansion from its existing Bradford site. The company will create many new jobs over the next few years as part of the move.

Unit 7 forms part of the 62 Leeds Industrial development located on Gelderd Road (A62), one of the main arterial routes into Leeds and is home to occupiers including Johnsons Dry Cleaners, Turners Accident Repair Centres, Unitrunk and Lidl. The site is less than a mile from J27 of the M62 motorway with immediate access to the M621 and Leeds City Centre.
