The results of the seventh annual Technology Innovator Awards are in and Beeta Tech Ltd has been awarded Best Full-Stack Digital Solutions Provider in Manchester, on behalf of Corporate Vision. The northern, software solutions business has grown significantly over the past 12 months and has now been given the TIA seal of approval.

The team have been awarded ‘Best Full-Stack Digital Solutions Provider’ for the innovation of their chatbot project – Beebot. The virtual assistant is still in the development phase but can be utilised for lead generation and overall time and cost-efficiency. The bot is currently being developed in conjunction with the financial sector but could be extended to a variety of markets. The business claims, “we are already seeing a surge in the demand for chatbots and it is vital for businesses to keep up to date with consumer preferences… 69% of consumers now prefer using chatbots due to the faster response time.”

What is the Beebot?

Beeta’s prototype allows businesses to engage with users, mimicking organic dialogue using conversational templates. These templates adopt Natural Language Processing [NLP] to provide a natural conversational style to enhance the user experience. Beebot can be assigned various conversational templates, tailoring the blueprint of the conversation to the user’s individual needs. According to Beeta’s specialist developers, “the intention is to integrate Beebot AI into a client’s platform by providing a front end-chatbot so that end-users can create their own bots and conversational flows.”

The Beebot provides the user with proactive information in the form of prompts, keeping them informed and encouraging user engagement. It also recognises input from the user and registers any commonalities. In turn, this automated process increases efficiency and drives user participation. The software is built to be self-sufficient and progressive, Beebot uses Artificial Intelligence [AI] and Machine Learning [ML] to drive a feedback loop to continuously improve the efficiency of the solution.

Innovation at Beeta

Whilst Beebot is the main grounds for acquiring the Corporate Vision backed award, the software company are evolving in all areas of the business. They are currently working towards Gold Partnership after achieving Microsoft Silver status last year and are continuing to develop each member of the internal team.
