Christmas means different things to different people and sadly it can be a difficult time for those who are poorly or caring for someone going through difficulties with their health.

Mike added: “We have been fortunate to celebrate our 200th business anniversary this year and are proud to make legal services accessible to the communities we serve. We hope this year’s Light Up a Life campaign continues to be a success, particularly following a difficult period for charities and the challenges they have faced over the last 12 months. We’re keen to look forward to the next 200 years and every day we’re working towards making a real difference in our line of work and in our local areas.”

Carole Riley, Individual Giving Manager at Woodlands Hospice, said: “We are thrilled to have the support of the team at Bell Lamb & Joynson for our Light up a Life Appeal this year. Seeing the Christmas lights shine on the trees they provided, knowing each light is dedicated to a loved one has such a special meaning, and it is wonderful as a hospice to receive the recognition and support from a local business in our community.

“It is so important to us to have fundraising like this as this helps us to continue to be there for our patients and families throughout the year for as long as they need us.”
