Natural HR, the leading provider of all-in-one HR and payroll software, has today announced the appointment of Marc Greggains in the capacity of Sales Director, to its senior management team.
This appointment comes after a prosperous year for the Jewellery Quarter-based business, having achieved a remarkable 30% revenue growth in 2020. Marc joins Natural HR alongside four further team members in payroll consultancy, sales and software support.
Marc is a tenured sales leader with extensive experience spanning the HR, field service management and public sectors. His past roles include senior sales positions with IRIS Cascade, Croner and Totalmobile.
With close to 25 years’ experience in sales roles, Marc has worked in enterprise software sales alongside HR leaders for the last 17 years to deliver record-breaking results including the sale of £45M+ of software and services, and tripling turnover during a 7-year period between 2013 and 2020.
In the role of Sales Director, Marc will oversee the commercial function of Natural HR and develop sales strategies to meet its ambitious growth targets. He is responsible for creating new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients and coaching an ever-growing team of Business Development Managers and Sales Development Representatives.
