Residential sales and lettings specialists Bramleys won eight gold, one silver and one bronze awards at this year’s All Agents awards, including Best Estate Agents for all five of its regional branches.
The finalists have achieved award recognition based entirely on feedback from clients rating and sharing their customer service experiences. The results are based on reviews posted during the periods 1st May – 30th April for Staff Awards, and 1st September – 31st August for the Agent Awards and Branch Awards.
The Bramleys team attended the awards, which took place on Friday 12th November at the Queen’s Hotel in Leeds, to collect all ten awards in person.

These awards can only be won as a direct result of the feedback from their clients about the quality of customer service received, in what has been an extraordinary year.”
The estate and lettings agent was also shortlisted for four awards at the Negotiator Awards, which took place on Friday 26th November at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London. The company was shortlisted in the following categories: Property Management Department of the Year, Regional Agency of the Year: Yorkshire & The Humber and Estate Agency of the Year (Medium).
Residential Branch Manager and Senior Valuer Gemma Caulfield was also shortlisted in this year’s Rising Star of the Year category, thanks to her huge contribution to the business since she joined last year.
