Nimbus 106 and 164 represent modern freehold logistics units developed by well-established developer Sladen Estates Ltd in 2019. Nimbus 164 is situated on a 9.8 acre self-contained site and comprises 164,366 sq ft and Nimbus 106 is situated on a 6 acre site and comprises 106,509 sq ft. Both units have a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’ and are occupied by Tile Giant Ltd and The Mosaic Tile Co Ltd respectively.

Nimbus Park is strategically located less than two minutes from the M18 via Junction 6, and provides access to the M62, M1, A1(M) and the wider UK road network. Nearby operators include BMW, The Range, a Marstons brewery and hotel, McDonalds, Aldi, B & M Home Store and Sainsbury’s supermarket.
