Speaking about Core Membership, the Director of North West Cyber Resilience Centre, Neil Jones said:

“I am excited to announce that we can now offer our core membership to businesses across the North West. With businesses adjusting to working from home a lot more in the last 18 months, we have seen an increase in the number of cyber-attacks on businesses.”

“The threat is very real and can bring your business to a standstill as well as causing you significant reputational and financial damage. We know that many small businesses can’t afford to access cybersecurity consultancy services.”

“The North West Cyber Resilience Centre has launched this core membership to support local business with a range of guidance whilst also delivering affordable services to help businesses mitigate their cybersecurity risks.”

Over 200 local businesses have already signed up to Core Membership

Since launching its core membership, the North West Cyber Resilience Centre has supported over 200 core members who are now being supported by a dedicated police-led centre, which has been established to help protect businesses across the region from cybercrime.
