Suki Harrar joins Constantine Law

Constantine Law, the employment, business immigration and regulatory law specialist has recruited Suki Harrar as a new Partner. Suki joins Constantine Law from Wright Hassall Solicitors in Royal Leamington Spa where she was an employment partner specialising in employee relations.

Suki brings over 20 years’ experience in employment and HR matters to Constantine Law. She advises clients on all aspects of employment law issues, including but not limited to, contract issues, business re-organisation and restructures, redundancies, dismissals, appointing and exiting senior executives, discrimination issues, drafting and advising on settlement agreements, advising and supporting on complex disciplinary and grievance matters and TUPE and outsourcing support.

She has advised a wide range of employer clients from SMEs through to global companies and has in-depth experience in advising on employment and corporate transactions.

Suki brings additional skills to her role since she is both CIPD qualified and has in house experience, having spent 12 months undertaking an in house secondment with a global technology leader as Senior Legal Counsel.

Suki says, “Having both the CIPD qualification and having been in-house has driven my commercial focus for my clients, enabling me to see matters through their eyes.”

She has also been specifically recommended by global companies to their employees to seek advice on settlement agreements issued and this has resulted in instructions from employees in bulk – on one occasion she advised over 3,000 employees on settlements in 21 days. She also delivers HR training to managers and executives, bespoke to the needs of the business.

Suki joins a growing team of senior lawyers at Constantine Law, which was set up by John Hayes in 2015. In 2021, Constantine Law merged with employment law specialist Hine Legal and later also recruited two new regulatory partners to the team. Constantine Law now has nine partner/ partner level senior lawyers as well as four senior associates/associates.

Her appointment also consolidates our  national coverage since she will continue to be based in Warwickshire.
