Go Inspire continues to strengthen its position as the customer communications partner of choice, with two strategic new hires. The company is proud to welcome Dimitri Kyprianou and Ben Young on board.
Joining as Proposition Director (Customer Communications Management/Digital Customer Experience), Dimitri Kyprianou has over 20 years’ experience working with some of the world’s leading customer communications service providers. With a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences – no matter the channel – Dimitri will be working with our clients to ensure that their pain-points are being met and addressed, drawing on Go Inspire’s market-leading competencies across online and offline channels.
He says, “I admire Go Inspire’s commitment to providing measurable performance and value to clients – delivering on promises has always been a guiding principle for me, and too many marketing providers are unable to demonstrate clear returns on client investments.” Dimitri’s diverse portfolio includes leading the implementation of an enterprise-wide, content marketing platform for a high street bank, and managing a digital transformation initiative for a UK financial services client seeking to optimise the use of postal and digital channels.
Also bringing a wealth of experience across print, digital and wider BPO solutions, Ben Young will take responsibility for the development of Go Inspire’s transactional communications offerings with a focus on making life easier for our clients, reducing the cost to serve end-customers, and providing a clear roadmap for service evolution. Ben is an outcomes focused customer communications specialist with a background in regulated markets including utilities, insurance, and financial services.
As Development Director for Transactional Communications, Ben will be working closely with Go Inspire’s technical teams in developing solutions and commercial models that will deliver tangible business benefits and transformation opportunities. “It is a very exciting time to be joining Go Inspire, with its truly agile and innovative culture, continuous investment in service development, and an exceptionally strong financial position.
