Birmingham’s leading retail and leisure destination has announced a brand new event for 2024. Bullring presents Find Your Happier will take place from 26-28 January, welcoming three days of free talks, workshops, and activities to help you grab happiness by the horns.

The first-of-its-kind event sees Bullring partner with Holland & Barrett and features an impressive line-up of influencers and wellness experts. The jam-packed line-up will offer everything from body positive dance classes and high-energy HIIT, to mindfulness workshops and soothing sound baths. There will also be inspirational talks tackling topics that affect our mood; from financial health and working life, to family relationships and self-care.

Across the weekend, visitors can enjoy a range of free events to tap into a happier life, happier body, and happier mind. Each day follows its own theme, thoughtfully catered to every aspect of personal wellbeing.

Kickstarting the weekend, on Friday 26th, Bullring will host a day dedicated to living a happier life. Financial advisor and author of ‘Get Your Money Right’, Emmanuel Asuquo (aka @theemaneffectuk) will talk money mindset and future-proofing your finances. Whilst Karen Maurice (@n4mummy) will provide insights into raising a sustainable family and ditching fast fashion. Throughout the day, Birmingham Mind will also host a ‘drop-in and de-stress’ pop-up, with mindfulness activities and expert mental health support on-hand.

Saturday 27th will see things get physical, as the mall plays host to a series of sessions that celebrate the power of movement.  Kicking off with a stretch session with local trainer KB Fitness, there will be two body positive dance classes by the famed Curve Catwalk, followed by a high-energy HIIT class that will have you sweating it out.

Easing into a slow Sunday, the final day of the event (28th January) will feature sound baths, Tai Chi, breathwork and meditation by Birmingham Sound School. Life change therapists Nik and Eva Speakman will help you face your fears head-on, whilst Emma Armstrong – also known as The Naked Doula – will lead two sessions for expectant mums. There will also be inclusive yoga classes by Donna Noble, founder of Curvesomeyoga.

Speaking about the event, Bullring & Grand Central’s Marketing Manager, Danielle Bozward, comments:

“Happiness is about so much more than just looking good – it’s about feeling good too, and there are so many things that can affect our mood. From food and finance, to sleep and self-care, this is the ultimate three-day celebration of mind, body, and soul.

Find Your Happier isn’t about short-term New Year’s resolutions that you’ll inevitably break, it’s about committing to a year of ‘you’ and finding things that make you feel great. We’ve got inclusive classes, creative workshops, Q&A sessions, and inspirational talks in abundance, so make sure you come down and join us for our wellness extravaganza.”
