Kevin McCloud becomes brand ambassador for unique garden room company, Green Retreats

Architecture guru and BAFTA Award-winning TV personality Kevin McCloud has given his seal of approval to Green Retreats garden rooms by joining the company as their Brand Ambassador.

As an authority on creating dream spaces that are eco-friendly, future proof and contemporary, Kevin McCloud was the perfect fit for Green Retreats. When Kevin first discovered Green Retreats garden room buildings, he was fascinated by the modern building techniques, as well as the brand ethos for being environmentally friendly.

“What I find really exciting about Green Retreats is that you can understand how they are made, you can appreciate the quality and you can understand the story. Behind everything they do is a rigorous approach to process, to delivery and an absolute passion for sustainability and design, and that’s rare.” – Kevin McCloud.

With Kevin McCloud endorsing the Green Retreats brand, consumer confidence in the garden room company is expected to rise to an all-time high. The Green Retreats ethos and that of Kevin McCloud are naturally aligned, enhancing the stellar reputation of the company and creating better trust in the product and market.

“We are thrilled to be working alongside such a well-respected industry expert. Kevin shares the same enthusiasm for modern and sustainable building techniques as we do, making the partnership a very natural fit.” – Roy Wetherall, Managing Director for Green Retreats.

Kevin McCloud paid a visit to the Green Retreats garden room showroom and production facility in Buckinghamshire to discover more about the company and to meet with the team. During his visit, Kevin received full behind the scenes access to the factory, a tour of the showroom, and had a Q&A session with company MD Roy Wetherall.

Kevin McCloud, in collaboration with Green Retreats, has created a short film about the experience; providing a deep insight into the company and product – leaving no stone unturned.
