Marine marketing agency proudly announces partnership with new Atlantic challengers

Following the success of working with previous Atlantic challengers, Glasgow-based marine marketing agency, GRM, is proud to have been appointed by a new team of ocean contenders.

Collectively known as ‘The Transatlantic Trio’, the three challengers are looking to fuel the fire in their belly and become the first-ever mixed trio, it is believed, to successfully complete ‘the world’s toughest row’.

Reaching the start in December 2020, the team’s excitement for the challenge comes naturally.

The trio said: “We are proud to announce our brand new partnership with GRM. GRM will be providing us with the best campaign support and management for The Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge 2020; before, during and after the race.


“Since discovering the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge, it has absolutely captivated us in every way and we cannot let it go.

“It’s great to have such a dedicated team that believe in our project as much as we do. We can’t wait for the exciting whirlwind of a journey to start and couldn’t imagine doing it with anyone else – welcome to team TTT!”

The team are hoping to raise over £100,000 for their chosen charity, Blood Bikes, who save thousands of lives by urgently transporting donated blood and blood products both to hospitals and air ambulances throughout the UK.

GRM managing director, Gordon Ritchie, said: “We are delighted to have been appointed by such a motivated team and, due to the current climate, self-isolation on a 28ft rowing boat actually sounds quite appealing, perhaps I’ll consider the challenge myself!”

Heading to the start-line in just under nine months, the trio are well underway with training and are looking for other businesses that want to partner and get their brand recognised on a world stage.
