Merry Hill welcomes the return of its student shopping night next week – the only event of its kind to take place across the West Midlands.
Opening on Tuesday 12th October from 3:00pm to 9:00pm, the event includes 40 participating stores, restaurants and leisure venues – with much loved brands such as Mango, H&M and Pandora offering exclusive discounts.
Students will also have the opportunity to grab discounted food and drink from eateries such as Starbucks, Five Guys, Triple Two Coffee and Burrito Kitchen.
For one-night only, students can take advantage of around 60 amazing deals and exclusive offers including ‘two for one’ and ‘buy one get one free’ deals. DJ sets will also be playing throughout the night.
Students will also be able to take part in fun games and competitions. Lush will be hosting a luxurious and colourful bath bomb experience, and shoppers can even try out a new look at face and glitter painting pop-ups.
The event sponsors, Coca-Cola Zero, are bringing a retro arcade and sampling pop-up to the centre for shoppers to get stuck into. University stalls will also be on hand with course information and helpful tips and advice for university life.
Entry is free, but students must register for an e-ticket and provide student ID to redeem the host of great offers on the night. Once registered they will be entered into a free prize draw with the chance to win a £300 Primark gift card.

Jonathan Poole, Centre Manager at Merry Hill said: “With freshers week and university life building momentum this year we wanted to celebrate and put a smile on the face of students with some fantastic deals and discounts.
“As the only student shopping night in the region, and a host of our much-loved fashion brands taking part, students can bag themselves exclusive discounts on the perfect university outfits for both Fresher’s Week parties and their lectures.
“Our summer events were a huge hit with visitors, and our biggest ever student night is sure to follow suit. We recently celebrated the launch of our new Merry Hill rebrand with the addition of Primark Home, and we have a strong pipeline of exciting new store openings coming soon.”
