Nimbus Foods, one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of inclusions, decorations and toppings has appointed Zoë Elleray as the new Head of Sales.  Zoë will have overall responsibility for further developing working relationships with customers and providing them with new value added products that meet their needs.

In the newly created role, Zoë will liaise with clients and internal teams in the development and delivery of new and existing products.  As Head of Sales, she will also be working to deliver on Nimbus’ ambitious growth plans and will working alongside the company’s commercial, operations, marketing and new product development teams in understanding and exploiting new market trends and opportunities in the food manufacturing inclusions sector.

Zoë joins the company with over 20 years’ experience in creating and providing solutions across the food and drink industry, having held senior positions at Finlay Extracts & Ingredients UK Ltd, MARS drinks and DSM Food Specialties.

The company operates from a BRC AA Grade factory in Dolgellau, Wales, and supplies some of the world’s best-known brands across categories such as bakery, confectionery, ice-cream, desserts and cereals.  In 2019, Nimbus Foods was acquired by Meadow Foods as part of a strategy to grow the group of businesses through organic expansion and acquisition.
