The Oxfordshire based PropTech founders and software developers of Openview, today announced they have welcomed Pattinson Estate Agents to their list of clients.

After extensively researching the market and looking at numerous software packages, Pattinson narrowed down the best option to Openview, following which they went into a meticulous period of consultation. During this consultation period, a Business Analysis was mutually constructed, that not only identified further areas of concern and opportunity. From this, the bespoke tech template was constructed, including a detailed migration roadmap.
The deployment addressed efficiencies in basic functionality, such as the electronic signing of tenancy agreements, communications and process in property management, then we move onto the more sophisticated items, such as the maintenance app, ‘Task Manager’, which manages maintenance requests more effectively by improving accountability and oversight. However, by far the biggest benefit was the deployment of automation. One example that brought immediate benefits was Openview automatically notifying tenants of rent arrears within 4 days, with a reminder 11 days later and then every 7 days following that.
