Residential and lettings specialists Bramleys has recruited four new team members within the Huddersfield office, to support with business growth and high demand in the market.

Sam Saville has joined the Bramleys team as a Sales Negotiator, bringing over ten years of experience to the team. She has previously worked for various high profile corporate and independent agencies in the property industry throughout her career, providing industry standard advice at all times. Sam also brings to the team a wealth of knowledge on the surrounding villages of Huddersfield, including Mirfield where she lives with her partner and two children.

Georgia Blackmore has also joined the Huddersfield branch as a Weekend Negotiator. Georgia Initially joined Bramleys as a Receptionist to complement our weekend team and brings with her a wealth of customer service experience that she displays professionally and attentively.

Bailey Silkstone has joined the business as a trainee estate agent, and will be working closely with the senior negotiators as she starts her career. Bailey joins from her previous role at Neu Hair and Beauty.

Cath Gill has also joined the accounts team as Accounts Manager, where she will be  Overseeing the in – house accounts for Bramleys. Cath is born and bred in Huddersfield and has worked in accounts for over 20 years. In her spare time she loves socialising with friends and walking her lovely dog Ruby who keeps her on her toes.

As well as the new additions to the team, Bramleys is also celebrating the promotion of two team members.

Gemma Smith has been promoted from Senior Residential Valuer to Huddersfield Residential Sales Branch Manager. Since joining Bramleys in October 2020, she has quickly risen through the ranks to the position of Valuer and Branch Manager. Gemma has over seven years experience of working in the property market, was accepted as a Fellow of The National Association of Estate Agents and following a period of study and examinations, obtained her AssocRICS qualifications.

Karen Tinker has also been promoted to Senior Sales Negotiator. Having initially worked for Bramleys in 2000, Karen left to enjoy her maternity leave and returned to the industry albeit to one of the corporate agencies. Karen has recently decided private practice is where she would prefer to be and has re-joined our established Huddersfield team in a more senior role, adding a wealth of experience and knowledge.
