The only way is up for three colleagues at a leading Midlands law firm, who have all been promoted into senior positions this September.

From FBC Manby Bowdler’s Wolverhampton office Sharaz Khan and Elisabeth Glover have both received promotions. Sharaz, a specialist in Personal Injury law has been promoted to Associate and Elisabeth has been promoted to Senior Associate. Elisabeth specialises in commercial contract disputes, commercial debts, sale of goods and professional negligence. She is also a member of the Firms Regulatory and Business Crime Team.

Sara Simson, from the firm’s Redditch office, has also been promoted to Partner this month after first joining FBC Manby Bowdler in 2019. Working within the Wills, Probate and Lifetime planning team, Sara deals with a range of matters including powers of attorney, probate and the Court of Protection.

Other promotions announced this September include Liz Harris-Clark, Emma Smith and Mark Turner who have all been promoted to Associate. Liz, Emma and Mark are all based at the FBC Manby Bowdler offices in Telford. Carina Kervin, in Shrewsbury, has been promoted to Partner.
