New roles reflect company growth, commitment to market leadership

Uberall, the leading provider of ‘Near Me’ Brand Experience (NMBX) marketing solutions, today announced the appointment of Anja Popp to the role of Chief People Officer and welcomes Gordon Andrade as VP Brand Marketing. With nearly 10 years of expertise in marketing solutions that drive consumers from online search to offline store visit, Uberall is experiencing a new phase in its growth, as consumer ‘Near Me’ searches for products and services in the local area have skyrocketed 100%, year-over-year.

These appointments go hand in hand with Uberall’s plan to build its leadership team to support continued business expansion, having experienced 30% growth last year compared to 2019. Uberall is also strengthening its position as a “people first” company by placing HR in the C-suite, emphasising the importance of HR’s role in managing talent and company culture, as well as to overall strategic planning.

Anja Popp joined Uberall in 2019 as VP Human Resources. In her new role, she will not only be responsible for global recruitment, employee relations, and the development of HR policies, but will also drive innovative approaches to human resources and provide strategic input, acting as a key stakeholder in shaping the future of Uberall. “Uberall’s strong company reputation means that we’re attracting more and more highly-qualified candidates from all over the world, with more than 40 different nationalities already represented on our teams,” said Anja. “I intend to continue this trend and will work hard to maintain Uberall’s high employee satisfaction and high-performing company culture.”
