A new London location strengthens Woods Hardwick’s UK coverage.
Woods Hardwick, one of the UK’s leading multidisciplinary professional practices working in the built environment, has announced the opening of a new office in central London. This is set to strengthen the company’s UK coverage, together with existing offices in Bedford and Birmingham, supporting existing and new relationships with clients and project teams in the capital.
The firm’s commercial architecture and planning divisions will take the lead in the new office. Associate Director and Architect, Diane Cox and Planning Director, Paul Woods, who has more than 20 years’ experience in the London market, will lead the team.

Building on the success of our offices in Bedford and Birmingham, we have a deep understanding of planning requirements and regulations, strong relationships across the development industry and with local planning teams.”
Current clients include luxury retail, leisure and restaurant brands, as well as commercial and residential developers. From heritage and refurbishment projects to interior design and fit-out services, the team is excited to support existing and new clients. This new office adds to Woods Hardwick’s existing presence in Bedford and Birmingham. The new London office is located in The Harley Building, 77 New Cavendish Street, London, W1W 6XB.
