Family construction firm Edgefold Homes has broken ground at their new site in the village of Lowton near Warrington.

Work is now underway to build 24 homes at Hazelfield Gardens off Heath Lane with plans to officially launch the show homes at the end of the year.

Led by Construction Director, Jack Seddon, Edgefold Homes has a rich construction heritage in the North West underpinned by family values and a strong social conscience.

Newly appointed Site Manager, Paul Whittaker will be responsible for the day-to-day build of the three and four bedroom homes which are available in five different styles.

Jack explained: “We are delighted to have begun work at Hazelfield Gardens in Lowton – it’s a really exciting start to 2021 and we hope the buoyant property market will continue.

“We have spent a lot of time designing these homes – they are the first of their kind and this is a bespoke development.

“During the planning stages, we researched how the properties would work for home owners.  We spent a lot of time getting into the details, to create spaces that meet people’s needs and enrich their lives.
