With an estimated 90% of UK charities facing a negative impact due to the pandemic1, a local business coaching firm is offering support in 2022. Hana Smiddy, from the award-winning ActionCOACH Warwick, is looking for a local charitable organisation for their gifted coaching programme.

“2021 was a tough year to say the least with many charities having really struggled to survive as typical fundraising activities were impacted by the pandemic. There are 2,214 registered charities in Warwickshire2 alone, and we want to support the amazing work they do by gifting our expertise. This is why I’m calling for local charities to get in touch. Business coaching will help you to become more effective when it comes to financial management, marketing, operational processes and bringing the people in your teams together,” said Hana.

ActionCOACH Warwick was launched in May 2019 with a mission to ensure that every business owner in Warwickshire leads a happy and successful life through their business. During the pandemic the award-winning coaching firm gifted over 750 coaching sessions to support businesses in the region. During that time they also gifted their support to two other charities – Warwickshire Young Carers and Shine a Light.

“We’re looking for someone who wants to take their charity to the next level in 2022. We don’t only want to support someone in making back what they have lost, we want to help them exceed their previous fundraising efforts. This will be about developing as an individual and leader as your charity grows so you can get the best outcomes for yourself, your team and the organisation. Get in touch if you’d like your charity to be considered as part of our gifted coaching programme. We can make this a year to remember – for all the right reasons!”
