On Friday 7th June 15 pint-sized cars descended on Old School Brewery, Warton, as part of the 30th Annual Northern Microcar Rally.

Club members from the Micro Maniacs made their way north to Warton as part of a run out, stopping off along the way to discover the secrets behind Old School Brewery’s award-winning ales for themselves.

The Micro Maniacs took the opportunity to take a peek behind the scenes at the brewery and to experience the passion that underpins the craft beers the team create.During the tour, head brewer, Garth, showed off some of the ingredients he uses, walked through the brewing process and talked about how he brews OSB’s award-winning beers. Before finishing off the tour with a visit to OSB’s tasting room where the Micro Maniacs had the chance to sample and compare notes on some of Garth’s award-winning craft brews.
