Pave Aways is converting Llys Anwyl into apartments for Denbighshire County Council

A building firm that is expanding its supply chain in North Wales is urging businesses to sign up to a virtual Meet the Buyer event next week.

Pave Aways Building Contractors is hosting the event on Monday (September 26) for suppliers and sub-contractors that could be involved in converting the former tax office on Churton Street, Rhyl, into accessible apartments for social rent on behalf of Denbighshire County Council.

Pave Aways is looking for electricians, plumbers, groundworkers, decorators, security firms and cleaning companies. Fifteen minute appointments will take place between 1pm and 4pm via Microsoft Teams or Zoom.

Pave Aways Managing Director Steven Owen said: “There is a wealth of opportunity for businesses that reflect our values and commitment to construction excellence to join us and be part of this exciting development.

“We are looking for suppliers and contractors in Rhyl and the surrounding area so this build has a positive financial impact on its immediate community. We can also offer business and skills mentoring to smaller businesses or tradesmen that want to explore their potential for growth.”
