Investments Ltd, who completed their purchase of 36 Great Charles Street in January 2023, entrusted Estilo Interiors with the revitalisation of the reception, 6th, and 7th floors of the prominent building in Colmore Business District. This 10-week project encompassed Cat A+ works to the ground floor reception area and 6th floor front suite, with Cat B works to sections of the 7th floor – totalling just over 6,000 sqft. The project showcased the strong demand for premium, flexible office spaces in the vibrant Birmingham market, with both the 6th and 7th floors securing tenants even before the project’s completion.
