Founded in 2003 by CEO Andrew Moore, Estilo Interiors has experienced significant growth, securing numerous client project wins across the UK this last year. Starting 2023 with a flurry of new instructions and completions, the company has achieved another record-breaking revenue of nearly £30 million, improving on the previous year’s turnover despite challenging business conditions.
Proudly adding another remarkable project to Estilo Interiors rapidly expanding portfolio with the completion of Lombard House, a prestigious historical 62,000 sqft property situated in the heart of Birmingham’s thriving Colmore business district. This renovation project encompassed the CAT A design and build common part areas executed for leading property consultants, Gerald Eve LLP.
Securing the contract through a highly competitive tendering process, Estilo Interiors was entrusted with the responsibility of designing this iconic building. The result is an exquisite art deco-style space that perfectly captures the essence of Lombard House’s heritage. From the grand reception area to the basement, every floor was revitalised, including the replacement of communal WC’s, new amenities to the basement including cycle and shower facilities.
Officially opening its doors on the 27th of June, the restored Lombard House is now a space that seamlessly blends history and modernity.
