The Letchworth

A local housebuilder has announced a further 74 homes will be built as part of a popular Rugby development.

Commuters and families looking for a new home in the area can now find out more about Redrow Midlands’ latest phase at Redrow at Houlton, on Houlton Way.

The new phase will bring a mix of three and four-bedroom homes, including Redrow’s Heritage Collection favourites, the Stratford, the Letchworth, and the Marlow.

The Marlow’s exterior is a true testament to the charm of the Arts and Crafts era, which Redrow draws inspiration from as part of its Heritage Collection. Inside, an open-plan kitchen and dining area is perfect for entertaining and family time spent together, while a spacious lounge allows for relaxing in a quiet setting.

Upstairs, the main bedroom features fitted wardrobes, as well as a high-spec en-suite. Three more sizable bedrooms and a large bathroom make this the perfect home for a growing family.

Elaine Cartwright, Sales Director for Redrow Midlands, said: “We’re excited to present the newest homes in this popular development, and with many homeowners already moved in, a vibrant community is already taking shape.

“The previous phases, which also featured homes from our award-winning Heritage Collection, proved extremely popular with homebuyers looking for traditional, 1930s charm combined with a contemporary and high-spec interior.

“I’d encourage anyone looking for a new home to visit Redrow at Houlton, take a tour of our fabulous show homes, and see what life is like at our Rugby development.”

The new community at Redrow at Houlton has excellent road and rail connections across the Midlands and beyond, with trains to London in less than an hour. The new link road also means that the train station and Rugby town is just five minutes away, and the new homes sit within easy reach of a choice of Ofsted ‘outstanding’ schools.
