A local housebuilder has confirmed they have acquired a 42.7-acre site in Wiltshire.
Redrow South West plans to build 247 one, two, three and four-bedroom homes, including both private and affordable, at their newest development Elm Grove, in Trowbridge.
The housebuilder will be investing over £1.8M into the local community, with funds supporting improvements to public transport links, health care and education. The new development also includes plans for green, open spaces and bus stop links.
With planning permission in progress, construction at the development is anticipated to begin at the start of 2025, with the homes proposed to go on sale in summer 2025.
