Jennifer Ashe & Son Funeral Directors is delighted to announce its new relationship with Ecclesiastical Planning Services, a national pre-paid funeral plan provider.

The family-run business, with five branches across the West Midlands and Staffordshire, is now able to offer pre-paid funeral plans with Ecclesiastical – which works with over 850 funeral directing outlets across the UK, and is part of the Benefact Group, the third largest corporate donor.*

John Ashe, Managing Director at Jennifer Ashe & Son Funeral Directors, said: “We’re delighted to be working with Ecclesiastical. We hold many shared values including putting customers first and an open and honest approach. Given the sustained cost of living crisis at the moment and families’ desire to ensure their loved ones aren’t faced with unexpected bills – such as the price of a funeral – we know there is real need for reliable, cost-effective funeral plans in our region.

“We’re looking forward to sharing the details of our pre-payment solutions and funeral wishes options with local people in the coming months.”

Ecclesiastical’s Marketing Manager, Emma Simpson, added: “We have always advocated talking to a local funeral director to make funeral arrangements – this way, the individual benefits from their regional knowledge and expertise.

“The customer also has more control over what they would like their plan to include – local options can be discussed and the customer only pays for the services they really want. We always encourage people to discuss their funeral wishes in advance, so family and friends are not left guessing at the time of need.”
