Robert Walters, a world-leading specialist professional recruitment firm, has revolutionised its in-house Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to streamline user experiences and connect exceptional talent with top opportunities worldwide.

Developed with the support of Bristol-based Amdaris, an Insight Company, the initiative was part of Robert Walter’s goal to create digital harmony across all its offices, streamline global recruitment, improve engagement, and increase profit.

Rather than relying on plug-and-play offerings to replace the legacy system – which had been in place since 2005 – Amdaris created an easy to use, purpose-built CRM software. Since the beginning of the partnership, the team has migrated over 30 million records, with a re-architectured platform resulting in faster performance. The platform is being deployed globally to all 31 countries where Robert Walters operates as part of its multi-year transformation project, with Amdaris as a key technology partner.

Dominic Dow, Chief Technology Officer at Robert Walters, added: “Amdaris’ expertise and size meant they could provide us with the exact service and expertise we required. We’ve seen over 50% of our offices migrate to the new CRM system with the remaining due to go live through 2024. We’re continuing to reap the benefits as more of our team are unboarded.”

Vlad Nanu, CEO at Amdaris, added: “The Robert Walters team is undertaking an ambitious transformation, and we’re thrilled to have supported them on this journey. With an aligned culture and similar outlook on innovation, we look forward to continuing this initiative and rolling out the software to new geographies.”
