Boasting almost 25 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, with nearly a decade spent specialising within the healthcare sector, Richard was previously Director of Community Relations for a global company that specialised in commissioning and running bespoke residential and nursing homes. With key achievements including successfully launching a major Birmingham-based development and driving a Solihull-based development to profitability, Richard went on to found his own firm – SimkissGuy Recruitment – with co-founder Becky Simkiss in 2013.
