Further, the brand hosted Black Eyed Peas’ Apl.de.Ap in the UK for a session on the pads and some inspirational talks.
Community Boxing Gym Visit With Black Eyed Peas’ Apl.de.Ap
The American-Filipino rapper, who loves boxing workouts and has composed music intros for none other than the legendary Manny Pacquiao, became a SPARBAR® brand ambassador to promote boxing for mental and physical health.
Jazz Gill, Founder and President of the SPARBAR® brand, about the efforts to organize once in a lifetime meet-and-greets with legends and iconic figures from the boxing and entertainment industry: “Our collective goal is to inspire communities through high profile visits, motivational speeches and community participation. Boxing Masterclass With Floyd Mayweather Snr. & Team TMT
The former coach and father of undefeated five-division boxing champion Floyd Mayweather came to the UK. Floyd Mayweather Snr. was known for his defensive abilities and overall knowledge of boxing strategy.
Among the participants in the session on the pads were UK-based SPARBAR® ambassadors, including kids, youth, and women boxers.
Official SPARBAR® Junior Ambassadors and friends Jaya AKA Jayweather, 12, and Serena Mali, 13, have joined the latest SPARBAR® experiences. The two girls train together four times a week and each won gold at the 2021 England Boxing National Schools Championships. As of this year, they have been accepted onto the England Talent Pathway programme and are officially representing England in boxing. Serena and Jaya met their role model Katie Taylor and boxing legend Roy Jones Jr. with the SPARBAR® brand at the Arnold Sports Festival UK last year. About being able to meet athletes and people in the entertainment industry related to boxing with SPARBAR®, the Jaya says: “It was absolutely great meeting Floyd Mayweather Snr. I named myself after Floyd Mayweather Jnr aka Jayweather so it was an overwhelming experience to get to do pads with his dad. Sparbar has given me the chance to meet legends in the Boxing World which I am so grateful for.”
