The popular wellbeing and productivity platform dedicated to transforming work habits, The Zensory will be joining renowned speaker Holly Foxcroft, Head of Neurodiversity in Cyber Research and Consulting at Stott and May, and NeuroCyber, the organisation dedicated to growing neurodiversity in the cyber sector through inclusive practices, to form the inaugural Inclusive Cyber Space at this year’s UK Cyber Week, held at Olympia London on April 17th-18th. The space is sponsored by Stott and May Consulting and Telefonica Tech.
The Inclusive Cyber Space will bring the cybersecurity community together through a programme of talks and panels centred around wellbeing, diversity and the future of work. Informed by some of the industry’s leading diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) experts, including:
- Anna Collard, SVP of Content Strategy and Evangelist, Africa, at KnowBe4
- Daniel Osen, Mental Trainer and Author at Athenas
- Tony Richards, Edward Tucker, Glory Okwata from Cyblack
- Mike Spain, Founder and CEO of NeuroCyber
- Ashley Sweetman, Senior Manager of Cyber Partnerships and Government Engagement and Group CISRO at Standard Chartered Bank
- Charlie Rossi, a student at Oxford University
These industry titans have curated an impressive programme of sessions where visitors can learn ways to put inclusivity in action at work and beyond, going far further than just words.
It’s more crucial than ever that the community embraces inclusion and diversity, given that the cybersecurity industry has a sizable skills gap and a burgeoning burnout crisis. Further to this, embracing diversity allows for a more secure world, with varied experiences and backgrounds a superpower against evolving threat actors – and crucial for innovation. However, it’s almost impossible to create an inclusive workplace in a silo; community is imperative.

The Zensory’s leadership team, Jasmine Eskenzi, CEO and co-founder and Jade Eskenzi, COO will be part of two sessions.
The first is on the 17th April at 11:30am, where Jasmine Eskenzi and Holly Foxcroft will discuss the future of the cybersecurity industry (Cyber Shift: The Future of the Cyber Workforce).
Holly Foxcroft, Head of Neurodiversity in Cyber Research and Consulting at Stott and May, said: “Sometimes diversity and inclusion topics can become echo chamber discussions, we wanted to create this space to give people clear guidance and action points. There is a topic for EVERYONE, and I beg you to attend a talk that you are unfamiliar with. Cyber security is diverse by nature, therefore we need a diverse workforce – but learn how to support them.”
On day two of the event, 18th April 2024, Jade Eskenzi will join Holly Foxcroft, Charlie Rossi, Student at Oxford University, and Ashley Sweetman, Senior Manager, Cyber Partnerships and Government Engagement, Group CISRO, at Standard Chartered Bank, in a discussion entitled Data Demographics, taking place at 15.20pm.
