TXM Group's new energy division specialises in renewables

TXM Group, the privately-owned £220m turnover business, has launched a specialist energy division in the North West. Headed up by former NES Fircroft director Stephen Martin and project and business change expert Mark Graham, TXM’s energy division will provide clients in the renewable and energy markets with a range of resourcing and project management solutions.

TXM’s energy division officially opens its doors with a six-strong team in the UK operating out of new TXM Group offices in Wilmslow, Cheshire.

The resourcing side of the business will be led by Stephen Martin, former international Sales Director at NES Fircroft, who joins TXM following a diverse 20-year career that has taken him from recruiter to director across a range of regions and industries. He started his career supporting leading UK manufacturers in the automotive sector before moving into energy, working with global supermajor oil and gas companies and a wide range of international players in the power, renewable and chemical markets. Over the past 10 years, he drove the company’s expansion into markets across EMEA, including complex locations such as Iraq.

Stephen leads a team of seasoned energy sector recruitment professionals with a combined 60+ years’ experience. They will support businesses with their domestic and international talent requirements, with a focus on the renewable energy sector and including the power and nuclear, oil and gas, and chemicals markets. Having lived and worked in locations across Europe, Australia, the US, Canada and Thailand, this specialist team has vast experience supporting multinational clients both locally and globally.
