Bellway has received planning consent for a new residential development in Leigh, comprising 146 properties, with the housebuilder making an immediate start on site.
The land, which is more than 11 acres in size, is located on Hooten Lane, and was formerly Moss Bank Nurseries.
Having recently exchanged contracts, Bellway will now transform the site into a picturesque development with Bedford Brook running along the eastern boundary and open fields beyond.
The new development, known as Moss Bank Garden, will provide a superb range of two, three and four bedrooms homes, incorporating mews, semi-detached and detached houses, all expertly designed to an exceptionally high standard.
