New Messi Chicken Sandwich and live England games are bringing it home this summer
As the nation prepares to cheer on the Lionesses Down Under, Hard Rock Cafe Manchester has released a match winning hat-trick; as well as the return (for good) of the popular Messi Burger, there’s the arrival of the mouth watering all-new Messi Chicken Sandwich – both in collaboration with football legend, Lionel Messi. If that wasn’t enough, the restaurant is also screening all three of the England group games for the 2023 FIFA Women’s football tournament.
Launched last year, the popular Messi (beef) Burger was a big hit with football fanatics and burger lovers alike, and now fans can also get ‘Messi’ with the new Chicken Sandwich. The crispy Milanese-style chicken breast is topped with melted Provolone cheese and a herbed aioli; paired with fresh tomatoes and arugula for a winning bite every time, the Messi Chicken Sandwich is handheld perfection served on a toasted artisan bun.
Football fans can also get a further footy fix when they explore the wide range of Messi merchandise at the in-house Rock Shop – Messi 2.0 T-shirts, hoodies, a Messi pin, water bottle, bags and youth T-shirts.
