The four bedroom Kirkdale features sash-style windows that give it a delightfully traditional look.

David Wilson Homes has revealed two new show homes in Cramlington which are now available to view within a brand new development, West Meadows at The Arcot Estate.

Set amongst beautiful country walks, the development offers an attractive collection of three and four bedroom homes built with family lifestyles in mind. Designed for flexible living, the properties also feature spacious areas for home working. Located in the popular town of Cramlington, there are highly rated schools, local shops, restaurants and pubs all within easy reach.

One of the show homes now available to view is The Hertford, a detached four bedroom home spread across three floors. The ground floor features a large open-plan kitchen and dining area with a glazed bay that opens up onto the garden through French doors and a separate utility room. A separate bay-fronted lounge completes the ground floor. The first floor comprises an impressive main bedroom with an ensuite and dressing area, a second double bedroom and a family bathroom. The top floor encompasses one further double bedroom, a single bedroom and a shower room.

The show home gardens at West Meadows at the Arcot Estate feature bird and bat boxes that support wildlife and provide them with a home. Soon to be mandatory for all developments in England from November 2023, Biodiversity Net Gain is about a development creating more biodiversity than was there before construction. In 2022, David Wilson Homes North East created the equivalent of 18 football pitches of green space, or 12.7 hectares, through public open space and private gardens.

Steven Ball, Sales Director at David Wilson Homes North East said: “We’re really excited to have launched the two show homes at West Meadows at the Arcot Estate. Our expertly designed homes are built to be energy efficient, with all homes achieving either an A or B rating. This is a hugely important feature for many buyers as it will save them not only thousands of pounds a year on their bills, but also helps avoid the enormous cost associated with upgrading an older property to be more energy efficient.

“Interested buyers can book an appointment with our friendly sales team and take a tour of the show homes to get a glimpse of life in a new David Wilson Homes property at this exciting new development”.
