CBRE’s Property Management team in Manchester has been appointed by partners Stockport MBC and Muse to manage its 3 Stockport Exchange office building and a new 398-space tenant Multi Storey Car Park (MSCP) in the heart of Stockport town centre. The buildings form part of the next phase of the Council’s £145m flagship, award-winning scheme delivered in partnership with developer Muse. CBRE will provide best in class property and facilities management services with an occupier focus.
3 Stockport Exchange is a 64,000 sq ft Grade A office building which is due for completion in December this year. The 5-storey building will deliver high quality office space ranging from 8,331 sq ft to 11,248 sq ft and is BREEAM Excellent and EPC A rated – the top floor of 11,000 sq ft being the first pre-let to be agreed with Hurst accountants. The building also features a communal roof terrace for tenants to enjoy.
The new 398-space tenant MSCP, which opened to tenants on 16 October is located on Railway Road and offers 20 accessible spaces, 24 EV charging spaces, as well as 40 bicycle spaces. It also features a green living wall and solar photovoltaics.
