Downing has reached another exciting milestone at its Square Gardens development, as it celebrates topping out on The Fernley, which will play host to 585 new apartments.

The Fernley, at 45 storeys, is due complete early Spring 2025 as the second phase of development at Square Gardens, and will join the Acer, set to open in Autumn 2024.

Designed for comfort and convenience, Square Gardens will provide tenants with hassle-free, community living in the heart of Manchester City Centre.

The Fernley is the tallest of the three towers being built on site at Square Gardens, as part of the wider regeneration project that will introduce 1,771 new homes to the thriving community on First Street.
