Exchange Quay, Manchester’s 435,000 sq. ft. flagship office campus has confirmed a new letting to global gaming leader IGT.

IGT has signed a 10-year lease to occupy 10,800 sq. ft. taking the second floor at Exchange Quay’s Building 1.  The firm is relocating workers to the scheme from its Manchester office at Quay West in Salford Quays in a move to accommodate agile working, as well as to provide its staff with modern offices, a great amenity offer and enhanced facilities.

Exchange Quay is refurbishing the entire floor and replacing the air conditioning system and as a result the floor has achieved an A EPC Certificate. This is part of a wider investment on the site to boost the environmental quality of the campus, building on its biodiversity and social agenda initiatives.

Exchange Quay is one of the largest office campuses in the North West with more than 4,000 workers.  The team continues to receive a high level of enquiries from companies who are seeking contemporary Grade A office accommodation together with a host of amenities designed to boost employee wellbeing.
