Just last month, the NHS suffered a breach impacting patient records at two NHS Trust Ambulance services, including the South Western Ambulance Service Foundation Trust, which covers Gloucestershire, Bristol, Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Somerset, Wiltshire, and the Isles of Scilly, as well as the South Central Ambulance Service Trust.
