IDP Impact Event to show SMEs how to use procurement to solve problems

An event aimed at SMEs and micro-business owners will help them to identify problems in their businesses which could be solved by innovation in their procurement processes.

The Innovation Driven Procurement (IDP) project has been working with business owners over the past year, to to help improve procurement opportunities, productivity, profitability, efficiency, and get away from the ‘race to the bottom’ on cost.

Through the project, more than 45 businesses have been positively impacted through support from Consultants and resources accessed through the IDP Community Hub, such as Masterclasses, guides, and peer-to-peer support.

Now, the IDP Impact Event will bring people together to celebrate the brilliant work done by the businesses who took part, and to share learnings and reflect.

Anyone in the construction industry supply chain can attend the event to hear how the projects Innovation Champions have transformed their businesses through innovation driven procurement, and find out how to do it too from the Consultants who supported them.
