Prominent Liverpool-based developers Nexus Residential and Legacie Developments have reached practical completion on their North Liverpool property project.
The joint venture between the two businesses is a luxury modern apartment development, constructed on the northern perimeter of the city centre, with keys handed over to tenants in July.
City Residence Apartments, located on Lemon Street, comprises 78 contemporary one and two-bedroom units across four newly built blocks which breathes new life into a key area within one of Liverpool’s most important regeneration zones.
The upper floor apartments include impressive views of Liverpool’s world-famous waterfront and overlook the site of Everton’s forthcoming Bramley Moore Dock stadium.
The multi-million-pound funding facility has been delivered by the institutional lender Together who have worked with Nexus and Legacie on other development projects.
Meanwhile, the scheme was promoted by international sales agent, RWInvest, who successfully pre-sold all new homes off-plan.
