Returning to the UK having spent 8 years in Spain, Grahame was introduced to the property industry after purchasing property of his own. when his tenacious attitude secured him a part-time position with a large property agency.

His natural ability and passion then led to him being approached by Keller Williams – Grahame was top of the league in sales, and his excellent reputation had quickly spread.

After receiving a kickstart grant from UKSE – a local investment company that provides finance of up to £1.5m to growing companies and support for start-ups – Graham was able to create artwork for Sale Boards, business cards, and promotional leaflets for the surrounding areas.

Grahame runs the company with longstanding friend and associate Diana Clark, who is a seasoned estate agent, having worked both internationally and locally. In addition to Diana, Grahame has recruited 2 photographers, who aid on the videography and photography elements of the sale.

Commenting on his success so far, Graham said: “I didn’t expect to fall into the property sector, it has really changed my outlook and what is now a massive passion of mine is able to bring joy to others.

“Looking to the future, we would ideally have a viewing agent onboarded and potentially look at going into long-term rental properties.

“We are incredibly grateful for the grant which has allowed us to boost our advertising power regionally.”

Steve Lyon, Area Manager at UKSE, commented: “Grahame’s achievements after just 3 months are commendable.

“It is truly impressive to witness the company’s success following funding from UKSE, and we are proud to support Grahame on his venture, we wish him all the best for the future.”

UKSE also provides loan and equity finance of up to £1.5m to growing existing companies, particularly those creating jobs.
