Three plucky Paycare participants are just weeks away from a skydive in aid of women and children fleeing domestic abuse – and they’re asking the community to help them raise as much as possible.

Anthony Burns, Nickeita Ashton and Sally Bromley from the not-for-profit Health Cash Plan organisation have all signed up to take part in the challenge for The Haven Wolverhampton on 10th June.

The money they raise will help the charity support those experiencing domestic abuse in the city – and they’re hoping individuals and businesses will help them reach their £2,500 target.

Paycare CEO Anthony explains: “We know that both personal and company budgets are stretched tight at the moment with the cost of living crisis – but we also know that charities, and those experiencing domestic abuse, are also feeling the acute impacts of less funding being available.

“That’s why every penny donated towards the challenge really does mean so much to us, and to The Haven team. If everyone associated with Paycare whether through our Policies or our community work was able to spare £1 then we really could make a huge difference to the lives of women and children who need The Haven’s wonderful services.

“We’d like to thank everyone who has supported us so far, and we are all really looking forward to the day itself. Although the nerves may start to appear soon as we get closer to the jump!”
