A human resources expert from North Lancashire has established her own business offering HR advice and support to local small and medium-sized companies in the area.
Heather Crammond has a wealth of change management and human resources experience from over 25 years in corporate roles and has returned to Halton to be close to family and to start her own HR company, HR Dept Carlisle and Morecambe.
For Heather, the move feels like the right time,
“I realised that I could use my skills for the good of the area I love and that’s why I am so happy to start my own HR Dept franchise here. We have such a wide variety of small businesses in the area, we are a thriving community and I can’t wait to work with more business owners to support their company growth.”
