CEG has secured two new tenants to the flagship Crown House development in Ipswich. IFS UK Limited has taken 2,766 sq ft on a five-year lease and Assist Digital Ltd has taken 22 desks of Let Ready workspace on the second floor.

Crown House provides a wide range of high-quality business space, including traditional office floorplates of 9,000 sq ft, alongside CEG’s well-established, high-quality, flexible offer Let Ready. This provides fitted out studio space from 12-desks upwards to enable easy business growth within the building.
