UK Business Forums (UKBF), the country’s largest and most active online community for small and micro business owners has announced that it is hosting a free to attend webinar to help entrepreneurs plan and raise finance for their businesses.

The UKBF Raising Finance webinar is being hosted at 11am on Thursday 9, June by UK Business Forums CEO, Richard Osborne, and is an opportunity for small and micro business owners to get the low-down on planning and raising small business finance from Mark Jones, one of the UK’s leading small business finance experts. Attendees can also ask for Mark’s expert advice on any finance-raising challenges they have had, or get his steer on how best to proceed.

Mark Jones, CEO of Fit Out Finance, has over thirty years’ experience in the leasing and asset finance industry. His significant knowledge is enhanced by first-hand experiences of the challenges that small and micro-businesses face in planning and securing finance. As a former consultant to the Government New Enterprise Allowance scheme, Mark mentored fledgeling businesses and delivered training on all aspects of business start-up.

UKBF Raising Finance webinar attendees are invited to submit their questions ahead of the webinar, some of which will be answered live by the panellists.

Richard Osborne, founder of UK Business Forums, says: “Raising finance is one of the biggest challenges and concerns for anyone who is planning to start a business or is looking to scale. There’s a lively and creative market for start-up funding, but it can be confusing to know where to look and how to successfully plan and secure that funding. This webinar will cut through the noise and attendees will go away with a clearer understanding of the funding opportunities that are available to them.”

Raising Finance is free to attend and places can be booked by registering online.
