Brother-sister duo launch groundbreaking health optimisation hub near Manchester airport
A visionary new health optimisation clinic is set to open its doors near Manchester Airport, bringing a pioneering blend of wellness, recovery, and medically led care to the North West.
Projuvenate, the brainchild of brother-sister team Dr Libby Artingstall and Rob Artingstall, is preparing to launch its flagship 3,350 sq. ft facility at Manchester Green later this summer. The clinic is designed to help people across the region unlock a better, more resilient version of themselves – mentally, physically, and emotionally.
In a regional first, Projuvenate will also be the first clinic in the North West, and among the first in the UK, to offer EXOMIND™, a breakthrough, FDA-approved mental wellness technology that is already gaining traction in the U.S. market.
EXOMIND™ is a walk-in, non-invasive treatment using targeted electromagnetic stimulation to activate areas of the brain linked to emotional balance, focus and motivation. Early trials show 88%* of patients report improved mental wellness, with 78%* experiencing better mood, sleep and emotional regulation.
With a background in medicine and elite sport, the founders bring serious clinical credentials and personal passion to the venture. Dr Libby Artingstall, a medical doctor and the clinic’s clinical director, has spent over a decade in frontline care. Her brother Rob, head physiotherapist at England Rugby League, brings high-performance sports science to the offering.
Dr Libby Artingstall, said: “Throughout medical school and much of my career as a doctor, the focus was on understanding what happens when the body or mind goes wrong and how to treat it. But I became increasingly compelled by the question: how do we help people stay well not just now, but long into the future?
“That’s what led to Projuvenate. We set out to build something beyond reactive care. A space where people can take informed, purposeful action to optimise how they look, feel and function.
“Wellness isn’t one-dimensional, so at Projuvenate, we bring together advanced aesthetic wellness, expert physiotherapy, and science-backed health optimisation to support the skin, body and mind in a fully integrated, medically led environment.
Rob Artingstall added: “This is about helping people perform at their best, whether that’s in sport, business, or everyday life. We’ve taken what we know from elite health and wellness and made it accessible to anyone serious about longevity and resilience.”
Projuvenate is expected to attract clients from Manchester, Cheshire, Liverpool and beyond, and aims to set a new benchmark in the UK’s private wellness sector. With its combination of advanced technologies, clinical leadership, and holistic philosophy, the clinic is positioning itself as a destination for individuals looking for future-focused healthcare in the UK.
Projuvenate opens late summer 2025. Consultations and appointments will be available by advance booking.
