Bellrock Consulting appoints Leeds-based Senior Bid Manager to Drive Regional Growth

Multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy, Bellrock Consulting, has appointed Kate Fife as Senior Bid Manager to strengthen its commercial pipeline and work-winning capabilities.

Based in the firm’s Leeds office, Kate brings an established track record in strategic bidding. She previously worked at a technology-led facilities management company, where she successfully managed complex public and private sector tenders and directed multi-million-pound contract wins.

In her new role, Kate leads the central bid team and reports directly to Bellrock Consulting’s Central Region Managing Director, David Cronje. Her remit spans Bellrock’s central region, supporting operations across its Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle, Birmingham and Leicester offices.

Commenting on her appointment, she said:

“I am thrilled to be appointed to this key role. It gives me a fantastic platform to build on my experience, optimise our bid process flow and support our teams and clients nationally. In addition to client-led procurement, I am focused on frameworks – ensuring clients have simple, accessible routes to buy with total confidence, knowing that they are receiving exceptional value.”

Her appointment follows a milestone year for Bellrock Consulting, when the firm climbed to 18th place in the Top 50 Surveyors in Building Magazine’s annual league tables and to 27th place in its Top 150 Consultants after its consulting division almost doubled in size to more than 400 people.

David Cronje, added:

“Our growth is underpinned by a commitment to bringing talented, experienced individuals into the business. Kate’s expertise will be instrumental as we continue to build on our reputation as one of the UK’s top multidisciplinary property and construction consultancies.”
