Cantium Business Solutions, a specialist provider of HR, IT and finance solutions to both the public and private sectors, has appointed Stephen Blouet as IT Director.
In his new role, Stephen will be responsible for overseeing IT operations and leading staff, as well as key budget management activities. He will be responsible for analysing technical requirements in addition to designing and implementing IT operations and company infrastructure.
He will also be guiding the transformation of Cantium’s current services into a suite of products, cultivating a product-led ethos and increasing the scalability of its offering.
Stephen comments on his appointment, “This role is a great opportunity for me to lead the team and to embed more enhanced data driven solutions to simplify processes and create more internal integration. I believe the real experts are the people. Those who come up with the best solution are often closest to the problem, so I want them to feel empowered as Cantium intensifies its focus on its product offering.”
He brings in 23 years of experience, joining Cantium from market research company Kantar, where he set the strategic vision and managed the technical elements of complex automation programmes, leading teams of up to 250 people across 17 locations.
